The three Trades and Technical Program students went to Peru as part of a program with other participating post-secondary institutions to install solar panels in a remote Indigenous community. Rupert Love, Ivan Martinez Gonzalez and Jean-Samuel Bolduc went to work in Santa Rosa de Llillinta in February, marking the first time that NIC trade students have taken part in a field study program abroad.

There was something for everyone, with representatives from industries including finance, construction, law enforcement, social services, health, mining, environmental consulting, and more.

The Camosun College Enactus team took first place at the regional competition in Calgary on March 14 and 15, 2024. The social enterprise team wowed the judges in the Alumni Innovation and Impact Challenge category with their socially relevant meal kit project designed to help tackle food insecurity on campus.
