Charity Gerbrandt appointed to College Board
Okanagan College’s Board of Governors will benefit from the experience and enthusiasm of its newest member, Charity Gerbrandt, Principal Creative Lead at the Disney Interactive studio in Kelowna. Gerbrandt was appointed to the College Board by the Province on July 31 to serve a one-year term. Gerbrandt brings a wide array of expertise to the College Board. She has worked as a creative leader in the gaming industry for seven years and before that she worked in healthcare, facilitating activity programs for seniors. Currently, she works with cross-disciplinary teams across three studio locations around the globe within Disney Interactive to create online and mobile games for children.
