Respectful Workplace Conduct: A Workshop for Employees
While strong and responsible leadership is a fundamental component of a respectful workplace, leaders alone cannot build and maintain healthy organizations. Employees at all levels of an organization are responsible and need to be held accountable for their behavior towards and treatment of others.
A workshop on Respectful Workplace Conduct will be available on Thursday, March 31 from 8:30 am – 11:30 am in the middle section of the cafeteria (3rd section) to all college employees. Please contact Thuy Littler at local 5828 or e-mail her at littler@cnc.bc.ca by Monday, March 14 to register.
By attending this workshop employees will be provided with key tools that will assist them in resolving issues in an easy, fair and constructive manner. Participants will also be trained in WorkSafeBC policies and expectations regarding workplace behavior in addition to receiving practical advice on steps they can and should take to reduce conflict in their workplace.
