The article can be found here. This document is a brief assessment of many issues and trends affecting colleges. Although its focus is the American system, many of the issues resonate in Canada too.

Walker (Virginia,2005). Published by Stylus Publishing. This book is an overview of the development of baccalaureate offerings in the USA and Canada.
