Supporting Employment in the Classroom and the Workplace

North Island College  is one of twenty public post-secondary institutions that will each receive one-time funding of $50,000 in 2015-16 in alignment with B.C.’s Skills for Jobs Blueprint, which celebrated its one-year anniversary last week.

From the classroom to the workplace, government is helping British Columbians with disabilities access the training, resources and technology they need to secure employment through $1.2 million in funding for post-secondary institutions and $9 million over three years for the new Technology@Work program.
