VCC Grads Claim Gold in World Cantonese Cuisine Competition

Langara College Installs Musqueam Flag Permanently on Campus

Okanagan College Connects Students and Employers with New Careers Hub

Okanagan College is making it easier for students to connect with employers to gain practical learning experiences as an integral part of their OC education. OC has launched Careers Hub, a new online tool designed to support students on their journey into the workforce as well as employers looking for trained workers. OC’s Careers Hub is an easy, one-stop digital platform that connects students, alumni and employers to support OC students and alumni seeking the next steps in their careers.

North Island College Responds to Critical Demand for Child Care Spaces

Langara College and Partners Present First Cohort of Graduates from Indigenous Financial Management Certificate

snəw̓eyəɬ leləm̓ Langara College, AFOA Canada, and AFOA British Columbia (AFOA BC) are pleased to announce the first graduates from the Indigenous Financial Management Certificate. Thirteen women working in First Nations governments across British Columbia achieved the certificate as part of the first-ever cohort of this program.

Selkirk College Students Act on Wildfire Mitigation at Zuckerberg Island

A partnership between the City of Castlegar and the School of Environment & Geomatics since 2018, students working towards careers in the forest industry have been helping clear brush and rid forest floors of dangerous natural fuel build-up in several different locations around the community. In the first week of September, the current cohort of learners turned their attention the historic park along the banks of the Columbia River.
