College Of The Rockies To Offer Cannabis Retail Specialist Training

College of the Rockies is responding to the anticipated 2018 legalization of cannabis with a training program for those who will work in the industry. The Cannabis Retail Specialist program will be offered four times per year, with the first offering, administered by the Creston campus, taking place in May 2018.
