Okanagan College Culinary Arts students get cheesy with Wine Festival competition
A marriage of savoury with sweet will be ready for the tasting at Okanagan College May 10 when Culinary Arts students put on The Cheesiest Sweet & Savoury Competition as part of the Spring Okanagan Wine Festival. The unique event takes place at Infusions Restaurant at the Kelowna campus, starting at 7 p.m. Diners will spend the evening enjoying exquisite food paired with wines from Calona Vineyard, Hester Creek, Summerhill Pyramid Winery and Quinta Ferreira Estate Winery.
